Recently,I've chanced upon a CNA gourmet series(herbalicious). I watched as the chef wipped up a special three-course meal with chinese herbs.Wow,It looks so delicious to me. After the show, I wondered to myself. Wouldn't it be great if i could cook?Shiawase neh.......
And Im starting right now!

Becos I can't do things efficiently.
I was like that since young.
Particularly everyone's disappointed or angry in me or quite scared to
leave me independently.
Which is why i have no confidence.
Even nowadays, they are quite afraid of me.
Though they are trying to teach me
but i still can't absorb and make it to full use.
Is this job still unsuitable for me?
Cos till now, I've gt lots of complains from customers.
And my boss is starting to notice me.
Im gonna get fired sooner or later.(just an assumption)
Feel so stress out.
Maybe im not doing things I like.

Still dun like CS

CS=Customer Service.

I always thought since young,
As long as i can understand and respect you,
you can do the same to me too.
But the thoughts were shattered when i entered the CS industry.

Even i tried my best to comfort the customers
They still dun appreciate it.
Cos they only think "One-way".
And we as customer service providers can think "many ways".
That is why i as a CSP,i feel so "lugi".
They only know how to shoot you back even if we dun give them back their 5cents.
No matter how many sorries and thankyous to the customers,
They still continue to shoot you back.
Sometimes, i would think
What for doing all the work for those customers when they can't really respect you.
Don't you think so?
I've heard too many ugly words and vulgarites from the customers' mouth in the past.
I felt so depressing at that time.

But on the other hand,
I knew as a customer,
has some basic expectations from CSP.
Even me also needs a person who can answer all my queries and making sure everything's fine on your hands.

Guess i have to hone my ppl skills.
Like my boss says, one can REALLY become matured when becoming a CSP.
Gambatte!You can do it man~

Gd CS movement
Last time, it's hard to find a shop that will always greet customers with a smile.
But now,since the government promote the gd CS movement,
U will notice every shop u go, the salespersons will warmly greet u @ the entrance.
I was quite surprised then.
Well why do it right now?
But it's better than never.
Dun you tink so~

When i will declare that Im officially out of job.
These three weeks
I've been searching very seriously for jobs.
Admin work is the most suitable job for me.
Cos it doesn't need to work more on my brains.
Besides
I am neither interested nor am i capable in
business.
Im only interested in visual or music thingy.
But i dun that much money to upgrade myself.
Parents don't have much money to sponsor me to study.
I've just graduated last year and my salary are just not enough
to cover just one semester fees.
Even if i tried saving up money for 10 years,
till that time comes,
I might not have that passion and enthusiasm to study anymore.
Sometimes,
I do feel envious about my friends who were
able to financially capable to take up a degree course.

I don't know what future holds for me.
Or what will i become in 5 to 10 years time.
I just want to harbour some hopes to go on with my remaining life
By doing the things i like whch i didn't do durng my childhood days.

我很讨厌小题大作的男人
为了一点小错误,
而向老板投诉。
而且还是跟工作无关。

我很不服气。

I was wrong in the first place.
I knew it was not my first offense.
But i know that it didn't happen FREQUENTLY.

I switch on my phone.
Wanted to call my collegues that i'd be late for work.
Then i recieved one sms which was sent several minutes ago.

858 will not be coming as it encountered a traffic accident along the way.

Should have listened to that guy.

I quickly run to the pavement
And hail one taxi

Many of them cut queues.

Finally got one taxi and get in.
